You actually look like you are in a pretty good place where you are, Urmilashrestha. Are you sure you weight should be under 100 pounds? In your picture you look perfect (although I know pictures can be deceiving - I think mine is.

@skydiverjim depending on her height it may be a healthy weight for her. If she is under 5ft tall with her small frame she ideally shouldn't be over 110lbs based on bmi for women. if she is say around 4ft8in then she can go diwn to 90lbs and still be at a healthy weight. Im 5ft 3 so ideally I should be between 110 and 130 even though I still look healthy at my current 170 due to how I carry my weight.

100% agree with @IceDahlia, my height is only 4ft 10 inches so I can go below 100 lbs 😄😃
