That's a wise decision Yf, super proud of you👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Also glad you are feeling great💃🏽🌻. Here's a joke for you....so I've out grown my weights but can't buy heavier ones just yet so I've taken to lifting my kiddo, did 4 lifts this morning, that's approx 100lbs x 4....🤣, she loves it😂.
