You're doing great, Ms. Fritz! I'm sure you're already aware of this, but weight loss is always the fastest in the first 3 weeks, and then it slows down a bit. So don't be discouraged if it takes longer than another month to get to goal. But everything so far is looking great, and I know you are a determined, results-oriented lady, so I'm cheering you on! 💛💛💛👍🏻

Please call me JB, or 🍌 for short! I don't know what I can offer as guidance, as you are killing it all on your own. But I certainly can cheer you on. If the other goal is lab-related, I can understand. I'm trying to lower my total cholesterol by 7 points, so the fight for health is an inside & outside job. I get it.

Ok JB🍌 I read your posts and I like the way you respect farmers and eat real fruits & vegetables, and I like that you are not “obsessed.” I think we are somewhat alike. I’m guessing you were never obese, neither was I. My big goal? 🤣🤣 it is a romantic story.. 💕 Let me know how your cholesterol reading goes. Thank you again for being a friend, it means a lot to me.

Murm, I simply ensure that I’m in 500 cal deficit daily. I guess people call it CICO? It’s not as hard as it sounds, you’d get used to it. I do bike and walk but not so religiously.

Mermee, I think I entered a new phase where I need to workout more seriously 😭😢 Do you recommend Pilates? It looks somewhat interesting… I hate exercise 😭 HELP
