Hi! :) I'm a psych student, but I also love everything in the arts.


I have many goals in life, but fat loss has been the longest-term. It's also been the most emotionally, physically, and intellectually demanding thing I've ever done.

I started losing weight at 17ish, at 205lbs. Intermittent success. I've learned a ton, tried several different programs and gyms, worked very hard.

I have PCOS, exercise-induced Asthma, constant changes in schedule and responsibility, and plenty of maladaptive beliefs and behaviors from childhood. None of these things are excuses. I'm in the practice slaying these and other dragons on the way to better wellness, and the momentum is palpable.

I see health as *comprehensive* - physical, mental, spiritual. We're all on a journey to become more fully OURSELVES, as *God* intended us. Learning a lot about balancing skill-building with self-compassion and the knowledge that we are infinitely Loved no matter what.

I think EVERYTHING becomes clearer and we all become stronger when we make contact and share how we're doing.
