Hit my last set goal weight of 155lbs on 5/15/22 (45.7 lbs of loss in 4.5 months)
made it to the 50 lbs of loss club on 7/18/22
Hit my low of 148 lbs then went on a 15 week lean bulk on 10/31/22 gaining 18 lbs
3/23 cut back the extra fat gain ending up with 9 lb muscle gain
10/1/23 started bulk 2
2/6/24 started cut after 20.5 lbs gained in 18.5 weeks
