初次体重

最近减少: 14.5 公斤

目前体重

情况: 一个星期减少3.9 公斤

目标体重
60 公斤
还有: 22 公斤
I start diet on 16jun19 weight 96.5
1st season reduce weight to 80kg on 30nov19
then while stop diet ,weight gain to 85.5kg. in may 2020
2nd season re-start diet in may-sep20 remain 72kg BUT when stop diet it gain again (so mad, it's mean in year 2020 i fail )
2021 restart diet season 3 weight 79.5kg (i hope i can do this time) also fail (can reduce to 74kg in nov and then gain again to 79kg
2022 re-start diet season 4 at weight 79.5 (this year i walk around 3km every day becasue my job)

I was diabete type 2 & ckd stage 1 (in 2019 ckd stage 3b,2020 stage 3a,2021 ckd stage 2,2022 ckd stage 1 ) my diet must be high crab low protien diet.

2021 target
weight reduce 20 kg - FAIL , increase kidney lever from stage 2 (egfr 69%) to stage 1 (egfr 90%) SUCCESS (doctor said it was impossible but i will try because when my kidney drop to stage 3b doctor also said impossible to improve but now it up to stage 2)

2022 NEW TARGET. PREPARE MYSELF FOR MAKE SURGERY TO LOOK YOUNG IN NEXT YEAR HAHAHA.
JUST KIDDING. just try lost more 10kg in 4month

Once 1people start to diet ,it mean must diet whole remain life . when u stop weight will gain.
remind that U R WHAT U EAT.
