Hello FS friends. I’m struggling with my mental health, anxiety and food issues. I need an app, Facebook page or YouTube that can offer support. No offense to anyone on Fat Secret…but I’m having a hard time really connecting with a consistent community and I feel so alone. Any other suggestions? Thanks

I’m having a hard time getting back on track.
My eating wasn't terrible over Thanksgiving but it was sloppy. Plus I skipped the gym for almost a week.
This is what l'm dealing with:
1) my first Christmas to have the family at our house.
2) helping my elderly mother navigate the holidays and life in general without my dad.
He passed away almost 2 years ago. Grief has made her dementia worse. But she won't admit that and refuses to accept our help.
3) being the peacemaker between 2 family members.
4) dealing with anxiety
5) struggling to get back to healthy meals and regular workouts
6) low energy due to illness
Anyway…..this is my comment for tomorrow:
Healthy meals
Stay hydrated
Exercise

I’m getting back to the basics. I’ve been sloppy and eating too much junk food. Tomorrow is a new day. The gym, healthy and nutritious meals, lots of water. Onward!

Oh boy…I’ve been sloppy with my food for 2 days in a row.
I know I’ve gained weight.
Tomorrow is a new day and I’m starting over.
Any tips to get back on the wagon?

I ate a few mini pieces of Halloween candy. I don’t want them to ruin my day so I had a healthy and nutritious dinner. I’ll probably have a baked apple for dessert.
In the past…a few pieces of candy would snowball into a binge. I don’t want that to happen today.
So I’m committing to eating a baked apple for dessert, drinking my water and going to bed.
Today has been a good day and tomorrow will be even better.
Sweet dreams to my FS friends. ❤️🛌
