Hello everyone, sorry I haven't been on here for awhile, I have been doing a lot more with my Fitbit and I do love it as it keeps me focused however, I have not been sticking to my diet as I should. I had to get a new computer as my old one took forever & was having to many problems. So now I am on Win10, trouble is now I can't get my tracker to sync and I feel lost, I can however keep track of my steps.

I have not been good at logging what I eat, so I do try to eat well and healthy. I still workout every day by walking my dogs in the mornings and going to the gym for 2hrs 3 times a week which seems to work for me, for now. It's still really hot and sticky here which I think starts to wear you down and it's hard to stay positive all the time.

I knew this would happen as we went out to an Asian Buffet with my hubby's cousin and his family. I didn't eat a lot and only had one plate it still adds up, loved the Salmon though.
I will just have to work harder now to drop the increase.
