Its only pound loss this week but still losing. Averaging about 1500 to 1600 cals per day. Need to keep at it this week to reach the 2 stone lost barrier. Thought I was going to do it this week. Still feeling a lot better for the weight loss, I can bend to tie my shoes a lot easier.
