I have been purposefully avoiding the scale and trying to focus on my workouts, tweaking my calories, and doing the things that I love (reading, singing, playing with my kids). Well, I decided to hop on the scale this morning to see if it budged, and was so happy to see the 140’s😃. How I look and feel is definitely the best indicator though💃🏽
