I was so scared I was going to gain during vacation!😳I guess I showed myself that I can still lose lbs at higher calories with physical activity (now that I’m able). Going to eat at maintenance amounts today, and lower it down the next few days. Gotta have a caramel apple, pumpkin seeds, and some chocolate😉 Fitting in my faves.
