Another 1 pound loss this week so I am now in the 11 stone somethings....Yes !! I am on the smallest belt setting on all my belts and some I have had to punch new holes. Not sure about the upping the protein yet I will give it another week as I was hoping for 2 pounds loss this week. Birthday coming up next weekend too so I must not eat and drink lots if I can.
