Well, I went and bought a new scale. My scale kept giving me the same numbers and started acting weird--flickering on and off at strange times. I changed the battery and it didn't help. I bought a scale that syncs with my android phone so I can keep track of my weight, fat%, water%, etc. It's kind of neat. This new weight is based on my new scale. It's still more than the doctor's scale, but at least it's now the same old number 326 like on my other scale. I've been doing very well in following my diet recently, so I should start seeing a decline in my weight. I just need to start exercising more. I've been very busy lately and walking more, but need to get my butt to the gym. I know that I'll do fine once I start going. After work just isn't working out for me since I have to feed the dogs, let the dogs out to do their business, eat dinner myself, etc. My weak time of the day is in the evening while watching TV, so this would be a good time to go to the gym. I plan to start going this weekend and see how things go.

The evening is also my weak time of day. I love working out after dinner...it keeps me from snacking and wears me out, so I tend to go to bed a little earlier before the hunger pains set in.

Evenings are also my toughest time with snacking. I have started chewing gum after dinner. The minty taste seems to keep me in line. Tried drinking lots of water duting the evening but that was a really bad idea. I was up constantly during the night going to the bathroom! I will stick with my gum chewing!
