That's what I used to do, take the weight that showed up 3 times. Now I just take the first one and resist the urge to validate it.

I got an analog dial scale for that reason... May not be as accurate (although it may!) but it keeps my obsession down to a dull roar.

LZenn that is impressive! The only time I get on the scale once is when I’m half asleep and can’t recall what my previous weight was 😆
