Wow ... I did not expect that this week!! Average daily intake has been 2359 cals so did not expect to lose anything. I was away on my boat Tuesday and Wednesday night with a couple of mates Tuesday I had 2850 cals and Wednesday a massive 5350 cals due to eating out and lots of beer plus a Chinese take away thrown in for good measure. Also a friends wedding celebrations on Saturday evening but I went steady with the food and drink. Still was very strict the other days so I am very please to hit the 4 Stones total weight lost today after about 8 months on here and dieting.
