Happy to see a pound loss this week. I was losing 2lbs on Thursday but lots of food and drinking on the weekend and it put my average daily intake up from 1700 cals for the week to 2190 cals, this week I should do another 1 or 2 pound loss hopefully.

Well done Dave, Funny I always weigh on a Wednesday now. Monday’s seem to give me a false reading if I had go from the diet over the weekend

Yes I do Monday as it tends to make me be better behaviour on the weekends Steve. Just recently I have been out a bit. I think it's the long term overall loss that's important. Cheers
