Grocery shopping tomorrow. I'm kind of struggling to get all of my veggie carbs until then.

Frustrated. I am completely unable to post in the challenge forums. Oh and PMS sucks. I feel like an angsty 15 year old and I'm tired and even though I'm sticking strictly to plan. I'm not losing - but I'm not gaining either so that's good.

Hang in there Toni. Sometimes when things don't budge for me I like to think that it is my body making adjustments to the new weight before moving on. AND we know that PMS can cause things not to move too.

I remember some of the other ladies saying that if they have problems with the US site, they go the Australia site. I wasn't able to update my weight this morning so I went on the Fatsecret Australia site and it worked. You may want to give that a try. PMS stinks, that's for sure. Just remember that once it's over you'll be back to feeling like yourself again. Hang in there Toni, we can relate.

Hi Toni!! Just hang in there girlie!! If you are a couple net carbs off on your veggies don't be so hard on yourself! If I am recollecting correctly, you are always getting in your veggies STRONG! Over and above the count at times.. I know what you mean about the PMS - It will come and pass quickly! Once it's over you will be back to your NORMAL! ;) That scale is going to move for you.. You're doing a great job!
