Weekly weigh in and I have managed to put 2 pounds back on this week. Been away for 3 day weekender on the boat and eaten and drinking far too much. Last weeks daily average intake has been 2144 cals per day.... Time to get strict again this week.

The dreaded alcohol lol, it has double effect in that it provides empty calories and lowers your resolve. God I could kill a pint!

Haha yes was a Fab weekend. Alcohol makes me hungry all the more. Still I am on it this week.

I am always surprised by how few diet calanders mention alcohol. I don't know if that is a reflection on my drinking habits or if people just omit to mention!

Thanks Maxine yes it will soon be lost again..... Bunty I try to record everything except water that I eat and drink and also try to if in doubt over estimate and then I can clearly see why I do or dont loose any weight. This works for me. This system of recording and everything helped me get rid of 4 and half stone.

That's brilliant Dave. I don't bother recording tea, coffee or water either, as they are hardly anything, but I do record the milk.

Jumped on scales this morning and wow.. lost 3 pounds and back at my target weight 10 stone!! Just shows how you can retain water and just getting back to it your soon back on track. I normally only record on a Monday so will see where we might be on Monday coming?
