I expected this gain. I had a super fun weekend with my sister who flew in from Oakland with my little nephew. We had lots of drinks, laughs, snacks, Indian food, and treats, etc. I haven’t logged my food Sunday-Thursday. I worked out pretty consistently though. Trying to get back in the swing of things post holiday. Just finished an awesome workout and planning on eating lots of protein today. Actually kind of excited about a salad later. That’s at least what I’m convincing myself of currently🤓 Pure protein bar for dessert tonight and 100 cal popcorn🍫🍿
