You look nice this morning. I wake up that way (depressed, not looking good) sometimes (too often); primary reason I eat the way I do (30/30/30). If I lie in bed and think about how I ate the previous evening it often reveals a slip-up. I'm not saying that's your problem, just talking. I'm so old and testosterone so low maybe the estrogen is giving me problems along your lines.... That is a good photo- hang onto it. You're a pretty girl and the photo invites comment.

Thanks guys ❤️❤️❤️😭😭 your kind words and encouragement mean a lot to me 🥰 I kept trying to read y’all’s comments at work but kept crying 🙃 Especially yours Aaron 😩 My grandma, my biggest supporter, use to watch dirty dancing with me almost every weekend while I was growing up. Not exactly the most appropriate movie for a 9 year old LOL but it was our favorite. I miss her so much 😭 She died suddenly a little over 9 years ago but i miss her as much now as I did when I first lost her. Yeah I think I’m just hormonal 😑 DP I’ve been using fs to log my cycle too lol but for some reason I didn’t the last couple of months 🤔 Keilin I hope you can shake this slump you are in too ❤️❤️❤️ Rgadawg Moopie shared Keyten’s post with me and hers is way better! Much more positive and uplifting 😄
