Quite surprised that I have stayed the same this week. 2548 Cals per day average intake last week. Big birthday meal and drinks last week monday and then Saturday afternoon and night out with the pool team round Doncaster pubs spending out last seasons winnings. Then yesterday hung over and eating too much. Must be because I was active all week very busy work wise. Cant see me doing it again with a Christmas break coming up and all kick off Friday on the North Sea Ferry Mini Cruise to Bruges... ah well back at it after Xmas and New Year :)

You are not making it easy for yourself, all that good living! But you have done the hard work and know what it takes so I am not too concerned. You will nail it again in the new year.
