Two pound loss. Would have been more but 3700 cals new years eve and 3100 on new years day putting last weeks average daily intake up to 2247 cals er day. Still a loss and in 2/3 weeks time will be back at 10 stone where I belong. Had a couple of family members saying to me over Christmas not to go under 10 stone as will look poorly so I will maintain around 10 stone then.
