Hi Dave staying the same better than going up. 2155 cals is not a lot for a active guy like you, but it can be hard to lose those lasts few pounds when you are near your goal weight. I am sure you will do it, have a good week

Thanks Peter. Yes I hit my target last year July time. I even dropped lower. Holidays and Christmas I gained a bit and lost weight straight away. I am looking to hover around 10 stone now. I don't think I've been more than 5 pounds above my 10 stone target since I started just maintaining like I do now. I know that I can easily get rid of 3 or 4 pounds very quickly if I want.
