Just doing a quick weigh in before the "in the garden" celebrations this V.E. Day bank holiday weekend. Following 4 days of approx 1400 cals per day and lots work so plenty of exercise I seem to have got back to just 1 pound from my original target from about 18 months ago so I am well please with myself.
