Hi I only record on here once per week. Used to be Monday but I just changed to Friday last week. But I get on the scales most mornings but don't record it. Works well for me like that.

If you do every morning, than yoi should at least record on a piece of paper, then in the end of the week, add all your recorded weigh and divide➗ from 7,than you will now average of your weight 😊👍

Great job Dave - I record on Thursdays - goal is 175lbs and I have had daily weigh ins below that but trying to remain consistent. Your weight loss is truly inspirational.
