I used to love the InBody scans when I was trying to lose weight because the scale shows weight loss and the scan would show bf loss. Our scanner has been a bit inconsistent over the last 6 months, so I’m not too happy with the increase in BF today or muscle loss? Curious how that contributes to an inch gain in chest and inch loss in the waist. 🧐
