I actually remained flat from yesterday 🙏

I ate enough, hydrated as much as possible 😋

Woke up sore, so sore. Core so sore in places I didn’t know could be sore. Leg muscles I didn’t know existed so sore 😳

Muscle Mike is something else, I get my money’s worth with him 👍

It’s chilly in NYC, high of 63. Sunny and beautiful but most def not summer anymore 😩

If I manage to get myself together I’ll go for a walk. If not plenty Netflix to catch up on I’m sure 👊🏻

Happy Saturday and remember no stuffing ya faces but if you do don’t complain on Monday, don’t starve on Monday. Choose your hard wisely.

No walk took place. These DOMS are terrible. My legs are so sore. I did take my car to shop around the block to fix check engine light that came on. This blondie forgot to change her oil, again, setting of some emission sensor lol. My commute is less than 8 miles per day round trip so I don’t put on miles and “forget” to change the oil. Ugh, but I’m good now and set a calendar invite for March 2021 lol

Awesome 💪, sorry about that pain my friend 😩 thought our high was 66 degrees, but that was the temp at 8 a.m. We are chilly 🥶 here too with a high of 61-63 degrees. It’s going to be 33 degrees tonight!! Oh my word!!💜💚
