I was expecting a proper loss since I’ve been in a deficit all week but then I remembered I’m not physically moving at all. For some reason or an other I don’t have much of an appetite, everything is annoying and exhausting with this boot and crutches. Don’t get me wrong I’d love to snack all day long with a wine bottle right there with me but with that said I know I’m successful in not falling into destructive behavior because I’ve dealt with my own shit, the shit that had me eat and drink in excess.
