This is the first time I have seen you for months! I hope to keep steady for another week. Then it will be a free for all. Great loss.

Yes, Chestnut. Feeling good, thank you. Pools open again on Saturday but I haven't had a sauna in months! How is your Mum and your shoulder? 

I know you are a keen swimmer and that is part of what keeps so fit others should follow your example. When i was young and not so fat I used to enjoy a sauna a good way to sweet all the toxins out through the poors. Mum is very good she is looking forward to Christmas when she will see her great grandchildren. I am glad you are feeling good keep fit.

Gypsy kind lady yes, Razor mate it is not brilliant I need to get some more exercise in(try and get back to walking 5 miles a day) no excuses not to when it is dry! 

I haven’t done any walking for months just exercise inside but that’s mainly upper body so don’t feel so bad
