Day off from the gym=weight loss. Under no delusion that I’ve lost 4 lbs since I’ve been back (3 days or so). I have eaten well (2000 calories per day, 200+ G protein) and had some great workouts. Combo of weight gain on vacation not that bad (maybe a lb?) and getting on track (losing said lb) Snow is coming! Happy Thursday!
