I wanted to report back that I am now a gym rat😂🤫 My family is getting mad at me for how much time I’m spending there. Considering I’ve spent my life caring for others 24/7, I think I deserve this newfound healthy interest. I guess everyone is going through an adjustment period. Just got home from an overcrowded late night upper body and abs workout at Vasa Fitness. Really had to turn on the horse blinders😎 Much prefer the morning when it’s less crowded. But you gotta fit it in when you have the time. Thanks to all my fs friends who encouraged me in a previous post. I still get anxious, but by the end of my time there I don’t give AF about anything except getting in an awesome workout. Hope you all are well❤️
