60 my apologies man. I just realized today I haven't seen you in my feed in a while now. So happy Monday to you. Just stopped to say hi.  

Thanks Hebrews! I’m off the plan and laying low these days but at least not gaining weight. I’ll get back at it when life slow back down a bit. Thanks for checking brother!
