Hey FS folks! Sorry I've been away a bit. Too many irons in the fire with household reno and working full-time. My weight is up but I'm not surprised. A smart person told me stress & lack of sleep can cause that. I do have a question for the community. I continue to eat low carb but I have been getting terrible cramps even though I am drinking 60-80 oz of water and at least 20 Gatorade Zero. I couldn't participate fully in Yoga bc my back was cramping so bad. Does anyone know what this is all about?
