I'm such a YO-YO! LOL I've stepped up my excercise and do something everyday now. I'm noticing a difference in my hunger now. Usually eating low carbs keeps hunger at bay and I have to make myself eat. Lately, that's not the case. I'm def ready to eat dinner at 6 and if I don't go to bed on time, I will eat again at 9. Had problems with sleep last night and was up nibbling until 11. I'm gonna start taking melatonin again.
Even though my progress is slow I am seeing changes in my body. I'm def stronger. I see a little definition in my arms and belly is slowly shrinking. The loose skin on arms and inside thighs are very noticeable at this point. I have a short term goal but really this is a lifestyle change and it will take time to lose the weight. I accept that and I am happy with my progress.
