Hey FS Community! I haven't been able to post lately as life has been so very busy. Last night, I was trying to catch up on some posts out there and ran across one that I feel I must address. DISCLAIMER: IT IS NEVER MY INTENTION TO HURT ANYONE WITH MY COMMENTS ONLY TO SUPPORT! My opinion of the FSC is that 97% are using this APP to get healthy, share their successes &failures with others in order to HEP. Also my opinion, if you identify with an eating disorder (diagnosed or not) then a healthcare professional should be part of your journey to a healthy way of life. None of us are that here. We are just everyday Joe's &Jane's. Yep, some are nicer than others but almost all are cheering on successes or supporting and uplifting us in our moments of failure. I personally luv this APP and appreciate the suggestions offered. I'm a grown woman and if what is suggested isn't for me, I have no problem with doing my own thing and moving on but I appreciate that someone offered. Getting healthy is hard!!! Losing weight and exercising is hardwork. I personal am glad that I don't have to do it alone.
