Eral, thank you, I was dead against exercise this past spring, and lost about 20% of body weight solely by reducing my daily intake. Then I started to lose hair. That was a wake up call. Also got bored with low cal meals. I really don’t exercise that much, but it’s so much easier to create caloric deficit by being active even for 30 minutes a day. You look like someone who’d enjoy hiking, why don’t you give it a try? Think about campfire chili! 🏕🔥🥘

Cindylynn, thanks, guess what? I’ve been following your journal, and slowly I started thinking about running again. Still on the fence about it, but you make it sound interesting.

Ooh nice! It’s rough at first but then it’s a lot of fun. I used to run with my dad when I was younger and am enjoying getting back into it
