So have not been on here for awhile, life has taken a toll in my world. Still out everyday walking Koda Bear for at least 2 miles. Took a trip to Texas for over a week and only managed to gain 2 pounds and quickly got it back off once I got home. Still did my walks in Texas so I think that helped. Really need to keep up on my water intake. Time to get back on to journal entries and tracking stuff. Still doing pretty good for slacking off on tracking things for quite awhile!!!
