I have an extra kilo that's been hanging around for ages. My problem is that I KNOW the effort required to shift it and keep it off but getting to that mindset needs all the moons to line up!

I think the blood moon is tonight isn't it? best time to see it is around 4 30 in the morning. I'll b up. I'm going for an early morning walk tomorrow to watch the sunrise my partner asked me what I want to do for my birthday n thats what I said... so we'll b up around 4am xx 

So I was wandering my garden in my pants for nothing then 😂😂 

It was a nice relaxing no fuss birthday ☺️
