Tiny blip. You’ll drop in no time. It’s cooler here. Although I miss the sun, autumn is my favourite season…which is coming in fast.

Maybe focus on stabilising weight at the minute as opposed to losing? Take the pressure off, back to basics, re-confirm your maintenance amount, then start chipping away once you know where you are. Its soooooo hard sometimes.

It’s yet another tiny blip 😂. I’m not to worried at the moment, last week was tough so I ended up over eating, over drinking and done nothing other than get through the days. But trying to get back to it now ☺️

Anne you are right as usual and a fountain of all knowledge ☺️ Lots of things need to change and I can’t change them all at once, so will focus on the most important things I can change. And just try not get hung up on goals, times and things I can’t change. Just going to focus on progress ☺️
