Weighed in and ready for one big 1200 calorie dinner at the brother’s and in-laws.Hopefully that’s it. 50 calorie Bud Zero is what I’m going with today. Limited snacking is the trick. If I snack I’ll go with carrots celery and a few florets of broccoli. I can do this. If I go over I’ll try to keep it below 2200 cals. I’ll be taking visual notes for my log in after.
