I had a rough night last night with food…but even just one healthy-ish day is better than during my worst relapses (2 days ago)…progress not perfection.
I noticed I was at least *trying* harder when I didn’t even have one good day…things get better as they get worse, and worse as they get better,
I’ll try to develop the energy to start/trying hard that I did when my progress wasn’t as good, but my will/standard with goals for future progress was better, too, energy/high standards and progress, not one or the other!!!
