Nice!!! Just curious, is your exercise routine just what a person needs for health, or ideal, or in between those extremes? Not to pry…I just like to ask questions because relating helps keep me accountable. Don’t answer if you would rather not share.

My exercise is poor at the moment. Not been training for weeks but plan to start again tonight. I used to train 8 hours a week when I was in shape. Then a few things in my life happened as COVID struck. I then would walk every night and 5-10 miles at the weekend. I’m now looking at finding the right balance which I think for me will be a little more walking and 1-2 hours training a week. I think it depends on your lifestyle how much you should or shouldn’t do. ☺️
