So my first weekly average is 142.7. My actual weight today was 143.2, up a pound from yesterday? Hmmmm
Didn't stray from my diet too much, but was unable to exercise over this weekend because of company using my exercise room. I did get a nice swim in with family, and lots of steps going shopping, so guess that counts for something. ;-)
Overall, since I started 2 weeks ago, I have lost almost 3 pounds. So all is good! :-)
Back to my regular routine tomorrow!
