Thanks buddy! I'm a true testament of what it's like for someone to not respond weight wise to Keto (or low calorie!) My BP is awesome on Keto with no meds now, so it's defiantly my way of life. When I find out more, why I'm not losing I'll be able to share and help others! It's an auto immune issue or hormone issue I believe. A body in motion stays in motion hopefully!
