On a lighter note. Second day of my rib eye week. Yesterday's was not great. Today I cooked it with clarified butter, cracked pepper, salt, garlic and rosemary. Recipe by G Ramsey on YouTube. It worked, much better. All gone till tomorrow.

Nice. Ramsey's the best. Love the way he gets the whole recipe down to like 90 seconds. He's the only guy on youtube I don't watch at 1.5X
