Carnivore Girl day 11 UPDATE DOC VISIT: First the positive: my head is much clearer and i have more energy daily on Carnivore! I'm not speedy Gonzalez but, wayy better than before. The doc said its gonna take more time for my hormones to get balanced and my body to stop the inflammation that I've had so long. The weight loss one pound here and there are just what cards i'm dealt with right now. He continued to stress, eat fatty cuts of meat, don't worry about grams of protein or fat, take cues from my body , and move on. Suggested exactly what i'm doing, adding other meat one at a time was a good idea, he said pork bothers some and egg whites, so, I'm a human guinea pig LOL. This is the most frustrated I've ever been mentally while trying to lose weight, but i just need to let it go. I'm gonna start lifting weights again if i can handle it. I gotta do something to fix this. OK, now I need to quit complaining, quit being sad, quit moping why me. It is what it is. In a year, i could be a super woman! Only one year. This is a WOE not a DIET. I don't care for it, but it will be worth it, if i can heal myself with it. I will get use to it. I just can't let it get to me anymore.
