Looks like I'm averaging 2 pounds a week this month on keto/carnivore . my body does not lose with dairy. What a bummer! I did add an oz of goat cheese the last few days and so far so good! I think having cooked meat in the fridg is helping,preparing, and not varying too much. almost time to cook another pork roast.
