The irony is the lettuce is the highest source of carbs. The sauce is the second highest. I would get two of these and its nearly 20 carbs. But, hey, sometimes you gotta eat and it is still better than the *extra* 70 carbs from the bun.

I don't know, I really like this option. Of course, I'd take away the burger and the cheese/sauce and maybe find a sauce made with olive oil. This post is a great show that we as a group are attempting to make substantive change to better our health and allowing friends, and loved ones see us doing so. It may well incite followers. Great Job 321......
