ok I'm heading back into the 170's again LOL for the 1000th time... this time for good? so, day 4 on nature thyroid meds, I think I feel better but I'm working 2 sh$@ jobs too many hours, so hard to tell since I'm beyond short on sleep. doc said not to count calories, haha, that's hard for me. so, I'm going to log my food after I eat it, and when I feel like it. I've missed a few days and that's ok. by logging after I eat, end of day I'm not restricting by calories, and I can still use my numbers to analyze in a month. I'm not weighting much and basically eyeballing my food. all good, as long as I stay away from carbs. all good! keto on everyone.
