I gained 10 lbs since dec and gotten stronger too. Eating about 400 calories more eat day and more resistance exercises. Thanks for noticing! 🥰🥰🥰

Definitely more muscle in the legs. Me?!? I just use my hands to grab a towel...people with special feet skills like you make me jealous.
